In 1912 the popular German doll designer Käthe Kruse established workshops in Bad Kösen in order to produce her world-famous dolls until 1950 which she managed until her departure. Thereafter, dolls were still produced until 1964 while production of plush animals also began in the late 50s.
Since the new owners, the Schache family, took over in 1992, they built on the original tradition and reached new artistic heights
THE PROGRAMME - hand-made limited editions for collectors, pets, African and other animals, dressed animals together with licensed characters from popular TV series, movies, pop charts, mobile phone games, etc.
In many cases one animal contains more than 10 different high quality fur fabrics and up to 75 individual pieces.

Only produced in Bad Kösen, Germany. European safety norm EN 71 - CE-mark - washable at 30° with excellent play characteristics.
