Dolly domain fair, Pudsey

Hi everyone! Myseld and Hannah went to the Dolly Domain fair in Pudsey today! It was really good! Lots of lovely bears and friendly bear artists! I ended up buying a Joxy bear, which is gorgeous! And the tinyest bear you have ever seen, I haven't measured it yet, but is easily 2cms tall :eek: I also bought some pieces of mohair with matching cashmere, I have got a couple of Jenny Lee patterns to make for my own collection which it would be perfect for!

Hannah should be posting some picture soon :eek: luckily there is only one with me on I think, he he. Hope everyone else has had a lovely day doing whatever you have been doing!

Next time I travel to UK I really have to look for a teddy bear fair! It's not fair that there's no such fairs here! :o

Y hunt for bears, the most tiny bears we had ever seen, amazing, Hayley bought a little brown bear.

We met some lovely very talented people, thankyou to all the stall holders we spoke to, you made us feel very welcome and I look forward to seeing you all in March. Hannah and Hayley

Thanks for the photos. It sounds like you had a fabulous day, was it busy at the fair? I'm jealous that I missed it even though I had my bear fix just last month. That seems ages ago now.

How many stalls were present there do you think, and the big question, are you going to be exhibiting there next year? :)

There were about 50 stalls though there were a lot of those freaky new born dolls, the fair was hit with quite a few cancellations unfortunatly, a fair in germany had been moved forward to the same weekend, so some stall holders did that one instead. The fair was not overly busy. I will exhibit there next year as its a start, Hayley said she would hpoelp me and give me some moral support which will be great. One thing I learn't from going was I really need to weight my bears much more, I am so glad I went before exbibiting there first. Will put a picture of my little thomas bear later. Hannah

It was certainly a lovely day, I can't believe how long we were there even, the time just flew by! My beautiful Joxy bear is in the picture, the baby blue one! There were some very talented people there, they are really an inspiration!
