Hello everyone my name is Andrea and I am new to this site I have been maki g bears for just over a year and am completely addicted! I am still trying to find my style and it is great to be able to talk to other bear artists

Hi Andrea, welcome to the forum! Sometimes it can be a bit quiet, but everyone here is so lovely and friendly. I've only been making bears since around February, but yep I would have to agree very addictive :D But I guess when you compare it with some addictions, it is definitely one of the better ones! :D
Do you have any photos of your bears? I'm sure we would all love to see them.

Im pretty new to the forum as well so welcome =D

Oooo id love to see some pics of your bears, I LOVE seeing pics of other people's creations. They inspire me loads. I havent started making bears, am waiting to start a course in August, but this forum is very friendly and gives you lots of ideas :) I hope you enjoy it here :)

Hi There,

Welcome to the forum from me too. I'm sure you'll settle right in! Can't wait to see some of your work.
I'm just starting to design my own so am also in that stage of developing my own 'look'. I think I've realised though, it's just something which will come naturally with everything you do.

Thanks for all your lovely messages of welcome I will try to post some pictures later. I am trying to get some bears sewn for a show in a few weeks but my 4 year old is watching mr tumble and the machine is too loud apparently so I have a 5 minute break till it finishes!

Hi i'm having a nightmare loading these pictures my dongle is too slow and the computer keeps crashing this is the 5th attempt and the pictures are coming out massice and sideways so sorry for quality and cricked necks!

This is Reece (named by my 4 year old!) he is wobble jointed so he is lovely and cuddly. He is one of my new bears for the weston super mare show

Hi richard the bears are about 12 inches tall glad you like them I will try to post my new one if the computer will allow lol

thankyou mr kodiak for sorting mypictures how did you do it? I've turned the pictures round now on my computer but don't know how to resize the
