Hi, I hope this will come out correctly as I have a general fear that computers will bite me!:D I don't know anyone already - I'm a small scale maker (in both senses of the word) from Staffordshire.I usually lurk on lists , but I'm hoping to be a bit more brave on this one! So Hello to All,
Ruth Bowman.

Hello Ruth - Nice to meet you.......:)
I know what you mean - I was always a 'lurker' thinking myself too dull with too little knowledge to contribute. :o I try to help where I can - and skilled artists are often so generous with their knowledge. I've met some really lovely people in a very short time.
Cheerio

Hiya,
Your boyfriend has it wrong! If they are only taking over your bedroom you have plenty more space before you have to start selling!
It's when they have colonised every room in the house that you start to worry - then it's a case of either selling bears, or moving to a bigger house!
cheers,
G
(In case you are wondering, there is a bear shaped utensil holder in the kitchen, and a bear shaped loofa in the bathroom!)
