Here are my two latest miniatures. The chap on the left is the result of going on a course run by Andy West of Westie Bears a couple of weeks ago. It was great day, hard work but fun. He (the bear!) is 80mm (3"), made from short dense mohair, fully cotter pin jointed (first time I've used cotter pins for limbs), stuffed with steel shot/glass beads and polyester. It's also my first attempt at adding detail to paws.
The chap on the right was started before the course. He's a little bigger at 95mm (3 3/4") made from 5mm sparse tufted mohair with cashmere paw pads and fully cotter pin jointed.
