Help needed please

Iam hoping someone on here could help me.
iam trying to find out what make my bear is, as his certificate was stolen.
his name is claude.
he is number 3 of 300
15 and a half inches tall
mohair
has a hump
have had him 14 years

have attached a picture as well, also has a lable attached to him but cant make out last word..it says (an original by bears of) Mimi? can not read last letter or letters, not sure.

if you know what sort of bear he is and where i could get a new certificate
would be very greatful

There was a Bears of Mimizan around some years ago. I think they were from France.
