Hello everybody,
This is my first post on here :) I was persuaded to join by my sister Ruth. I am just feeling my way round the forum, though I recognise some of the posters.I may be asking some questions (probably daft ones)later as I have the oportunity of having a stand at a 3 day Art, Craft and Design show later in the year, something I am completely new to, having only sold on Ebay and very small local craft fairs before. It's a pity the NEC show was cancelled otherwise I would have just picked Ruth's brains afterwards LOL:6086:
Like Ruth I make miniature bears but occasionaly I make a giant or two, at about 5 or 6 inches (well they are giants to me!).
I look forward to joining in
Hugs,
Gail

Hi Gail

Welcome to the forum. The bears in your avator look lovely, I greatly admire those amongst us who can make such little bears, I find anything under 10 inches almost impossible!

Nice to have you here.:)

Thanks for the warm welcome :6034:
Yes Laurie, there are plenty of race horses round here, though it is possible to avoid them, although they take priority when crossing roads etc and you have to give way to them.I am not involved in any way in the racing industry and have only been to the races a few times in the 18 years I have lived here! As I make tiny bears, maybe I should make some jockey bears in racing silks:6086:
10 inches Vicky:eek: that is absolutely humungously(not sure if thats how to spell that, you will see from future posts that I am a rubish speller) big for me. Maybe I make little bears as I am only little myself (only 5ft and a half an inch)!
Hugs
