When I was a kid, I had a bear that when you pressed his paw, he would repeat whatever you said. I named him Corduroy after the bear in that kids story, even though he's not that bear from the story.
I lost him when I was six years old and was absolutely devastated. I have looked for him ever since then. A few months ago, a friend from church gave me a repeating bear, except he doesn't talk. He's not the same bear and he looks different, but he has the spirit of my Corduroy, so I had to name him after the original Corduroy.
