This is just an experiment to see what happens when I change the quality of the photograph.
These are all the bears I am taking to the NEC..minus bodies!! It's a really blurry looking picture..not blurry at all really..and it's dead on the file size required by the system. Any smaller and it would be invisible!!
The Panda on the end is heading for Sue Pearsons Shop asap!!

Hi Jenny
Have just had a look at your cat, oh she is fab, and I bet she would not make my eyes 'itch'. Your heads, they are just as clear as can be on my screen, so I gues it is just the resolution on various screen. Look forward to seeing you at NEC

Beeeeauuuuutifulllllll puddy tat Jenny. She's gorgeous and completely feline ... no hint of a bear anywhere! Great achievement. I'm working on bunnybears at the moment ... yep, I have no shame, these bunnies look like bears with bunny ears! I'm not enjoying the process, that's for sure. No pics I'm afraid ... however, I can share a pic of a bear I've recently made. He's an update on an older design and I'm really pleased with him. Let's see if I can remember how to upload pics ... here we go ... fingers crossed ... :p

The heads are quite clear on my screen, good photo. I don't think I have ever made that many bears at once and had their heads sat there like that before, in a way its a bit scary LOL Like the spoils of a head hunter!;) Love your cat too, gorgeous eyes.

Hi Clare!:) They're all lovely aren't they.
You can post pictures by clicking on the paper clip on the tool bar in the post a reply window. Then just browse in your files, and as long as the file size is OK, you can upload it (Jenny did have to explain this to me:o ). I tried to post two in one go, but only the second one came out - but that was probably just me!
Nice to see you.:)

Here's my latest attempt at a cat.......i still have'nt got it how i want it so will have to keep plugging away at a cat pattern i suppose.
Trouble is, i don't quite know how i want it to look so i don't suppose i should be too suprised when it does'nt look right to me. I think i want it to look my cat, she's a persian and has the most beautiful golden orange eyes and a fat smiley type of face............unless she has the hump then she's just an ugly ginger minger ha ha ah ahahahah

53Hi folks,
Just trying to upload another picture using the paper clip. I amazed myself on Saturday when it actually worked. Has anyone seen it yet? A picture of my shetland pony showing off her mane which she 'kindly donates' for use as whiskers!! I will send it again along with the teddy one.
Bye for now.

Yes Jenny, I made the teddy. He sold last week on eBay and had fourteen bids. I think the most important aspect of eBay selling is have a really good gallery photo to encourage buyers to look closer at your bear. After that, give your best shots and lots of interesting blurb. When I am as successful as you, Jenny, I shall know I have arrived!!

The photography side of things is really important...and is your shop window and can be the difference between selling and not selling bears.
I have been into photography in a big way since about 1978 so if I can help I will...I know it's the bane of some peoples lives!! I don't promise to know everything about digital stuff and Photoshop ..but I can help with basics.

Thanks Jenny. I might just take you up on your offer of help. But I must confess that since the early seventies or thereabouts, I was a very keen member of our local camera club in Yorkshire and my favourite aspect was photographing still life. So I suppose doing pics of teddies is an extension of that. I think I liked it because the subject stays where you put it whilst you get all your exposures and focusing correct. Digital stuff is another dimension. You have certainly got the hang of it. The pic I posted this morning of the ted in a frame was done on the Microsoft Picture It. I learn something new on it every day.
Thanks for your help Jenny.
