Readers' Choice Awards - nominees announced!

Yay! How exciting! I have just received my copy of the Teddy Bear Scene mag and am very excited to announce that my 'Billy Buttons' has received a nomination in the 'Bare Bears' category! Our very own Shelley has a fabulous rabbit in the 'Furry Friends' category too!

There are five wonderful nominees in each category, so please don't forget to buy your copy of the mag (September issue) and vote for your favourites! The finalists will be decided by public vote and will be announced in the December issue!

We could both win because we are in different categories. I know in my group the standard is very high so I'm not holding out much hope, but it's great to be nominated anyway.

Thanks everyone! To be nominated is brilliant and as the vote for the overall category winners is in the lap of the public, it's anyone's guess as to who will win the final overall awards! There are five nominees in each categories which have been selected by a judging panel; as well as category finalists, the editor will make choices for her own special award for each category from all the entries, not just nominated entries, so this is a very exciting competition!

If you would like to place your vote, please buy a copy of the September issue of Teddy Bear Scene magazine (on sale August 12th) and complete the voting form with your selections, then return it by post. This is a great competition because it is voted by the collecting public!
