Please help me identify the brand.

I received this bear in 1989 when I was born. He used to have a tag on his butt I believe... He was all yellow and had a red and white polka dot bow tie.. ( I made him a new outfit since he began to fall apart.. so please ignore the top) He used to have a full teddy bear nose with the embroidered smile. What makes him very distinct are the short and stubby legs... and I've had a very difficult time trying to identify them and it would mean the world to me if someone could help. I believe the tag used to have a small heart on it.. but I could be wrong.
